  7. Hi, I actually have a question, but not about this recipe. You see I have a chinese pau recipe that I want to try, but I am told to need Hong Kong flour (bleached wheat flour). Seeing to as you are Malaysian, any idea where I can get this flour if you know or perhaps if you've used it yourself? I was suggested Waterlily Flour (brand) in the recipe. But if you know of any other brands of bleached flour I could use & available in Malaysia, I'd appreciate it!
    Thank you. :D

    1. You can buy pau flour from Bluekey....its a boxed flour you can buy from super markets, hypermarkets like Jusco, Tesco....or from local bakery suppliers.....
