Carrot Raita


Ingredients:

1 carrot shredded
2 bird eye chili sliced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
A pinch of salt

Mix everything together, chill in the fridge and ready to serve with briyani, ghee rice, pilaf even plain rice. You can substitute mayo with plain yogurt.
